Payment
If you wish to make payment by credit or debit card, you must have informed us of your card details at the point of ordering. Since 1st August 2007, UK banks require customers to confirm their identity when ordering goods over the Internet, using a system similar to Chip and PIN. For more information please check with your bank or use the following links for VisaorMastercard/MaestroPlease note, we will never ask you for your secret PIN number.
To satisfy your bank that you are the authorised cardholder, we need to take your card details in advance and to make a small nominal authorisation of £1, which will be immediately voided. Having done this we will not need you to repeat this authentication, so long as your total order value does not change significantly and you intend to pay the balance with the same card.
The balance due will need to be authorised at the time of despatch, which will place a "Reserve" on your account but we will not take the payment until our driver has removed all packaging and placed the furniture in your home. (In instances when we use a courier company to make delivery, these terms do differ; please check our terms and conditions for full details).

About Your Furniture Product
All Cane and Upholstered furniture dimensions are approximate and can be altered at our discretion. Although every endeavour is made to match all the fabric and cane finishes, a slight variation may occur to that seen in printed/on-screen matter. Just Cane reserves the right to change fabric and cane furniture designs. It is recommended that cane furniture is not placed directly in bright sun light or that blinds/throws are used. The materials we use to produce our furniture are of the best quality, but because of their natural origins, they will sometimes have variations in tones and unique characteristics that make each piece individual. These are not flaws, but part of their natural beauty.Guarantee
All cane frames are guaranteed for 12 months. We strongly recommend you consider our fabric warranties, to protect fabrics against everyday spills, stains and accidents.7 day trial
You have 7 days to change your mind and in this instance you must phone our head office within 7 days following delivery. We will arrange a collection when next in your area. At point of collection our driver will carefully check your furniture to see it is in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered. Goods in pristine condition will then be returned to head office and we will then refund your goods value, less delivery charge and less any applicable delivery surcharges. Collections and attempted collections, to a pre-agreed time slot, will be charged at £50 plus applicable surcharges incurred with deliveries overseas and to far reaching areas. Should you wish to upgrade or even downgrade then the same conditions will apply. For upgrade orders of the same value or higher we will exchange free of charge, for downgrade orders a half price of£25 will be incurred.

Fit and Access
We supply approximate dimensions for all our ranges. It is your responsibility to check and ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into the desired room or conservatory in your home, that our drivers can gain safe and easy access to the proposed room or conservatory and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address. If at point of delivery our drivers feel there is a risk of damage to the furniture, your property or your belongings, you will be asked to sign a ‘Delivery Permission form’ giving the driver permission to proceed.Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time by contacting our Customer Service Department. Cancellations made after the 7th day of your order placement date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.Delivery
Delivery will be made by our own personal drivers. We will notify you in writing approximately 3 weeks before your proposed delivery date. You will be instructed to accept or release your proposed delivery date by phoning our dedicated ‘confirmation of delivery’ telephone line’ to a specific deadline, which is detailed in your letter.Checking Your Furniture
When your furniture is delivered, our driver will unpack your furniture removing all packaging and placing your furniture in situation. You will then be asked to carefully check your furniture and to sign a form confirming this has been received in a good and acceptable condition, deeming that you are satisfied with your goods. An adult must be available to carefully check the goods. If you elect to sign this form without inspecting the goods, or if you delegate to a third party to inspect your furniture and sign this form on your behalf, then this cannot be revoked. This does not affect your statutory rights.Defective Products
If at point of delivery you believe your product to be of an unsatisfactory quality, you must highlight this to the driver and indicate the issue. Our driver will then make a note of this. You must then call our head office on the same day or the next available working day, to arrange your exchange. Exchanges will be made by our own personal drivers. We will notify you in writing approximately 3 weeks before your proposed exchange date. You will be instructed to accept or release your proposed exchange date by phoning our dedicated ‘confirmation of delivery’ telephone line to a specific deadline, which is detailed in your letter.Exchanges of damaged goods, noted by our drivers and advised to head office within the specified time period, will not incur a delivery charge, however, if there is no adult available to accept your goods to the pre-agreed time slot, then this attempted exchange and subsequent exchanges will be charged at £50 plus applicable surcharges incurred with deliveries overseas and to far reaching areas.
